What's in Start?+

Lab uploads with each marker read against its reference range, trial questions to the chat about your own numbers, check-up packs from your intake form. The full Yasnost report on Start is 290 ₽, a one-time payment with no subscription. Enough to get a first read on your health and decide whether a paid plan is worth it.

Plus vs Pro?+

Plus is about your blood work: chat about your own results with no message counter, a new report after every retest, trend charts, a lab pack to take next. Pro covers your whole medical record: readings of ultrasound, MRI and ECG reports and doctors' letters, plus an extended lab pack.

How do I cancel?+

One button in settings. Access stays until the end of the billed period. Auto-renew stops the moment you click.

Am I charged automatically?+

Yes, once a month from the linked payment method via YooKassa. A receipt is emailed under Russian Federal Law 54-FZ right after payment. If a charge is declined, you get 3 days to update your details before access pauses.

Can I switch plans?+

Yes. An upgrade starts immediately and is paid in full: the rest of the current period is neither carried over nor refunded. A downgrade takes effect from the next period, and your current plan stays active until then.
