What matters now“Iron stores have dipped two cycles in a row — worth flagging with your GP. Vitamin D and B12 are inside the target band, so doses can come down.”
Why bother

You have the labs. You don't have clarity.

You drew blood. You got back twelve numbers, three red flags, and the feeling that everything is fine and everything is wrong at the same time. That's the part we rewrite.

01 · Anxiety with no anchor

The "normal range" isn't your range.

Lab reference intervals are built for an averaged population. Your age, sex, lifestyle, history — none of that fits inside the bracket.

Before: "FERRITIN: 28 ng/mL · LOW"
After: "second drop in a quarter for you — recheck in 8 weeks"
02 · Charts with no meaning

Is the line going up good or bad?

Most services hand you a stock-ticker chart. But health isn't a portfolio, and "trending up" isn't always a win.

Before: 12-point chart, "↑ +34%"
After: "B12 has risen four months running — supplements are working, you can step down the dose"
03 · Advice with no owner

Recommendations from nowhere.

An AI can fire off 14 tips in two seconds. But who decided they fit you? Who's going to do them? Who checks they worked?

Before: "drink 2L of water and move more"
After: an 8-week plan with one task per week, and the owner is you
How it works

Four steps from PDF to clarity.

Upload to understanding takes about fifteen minutes. You don't need to read the panel — that's our job.

01 · INTAKE

Five minutes about you

Age, sex, goals, lifestyle. Enough for the report to talk to you, not to a "typical patient."

02 · UPLOAD

Drop the PDF

Any lab, any format. We pick out up to 340 markers. Nothing to type by hand.

03 · READ

A report in sentences

Not a table — a calm read. What matters, what waits, what to bring up with your doctor.

04 · PLAN

One thing this week

One task at a time. A vitamin, a recheck in 8 weeks, a consult. No checklist burnout.

Your report

One report. One link for your doctor.

Every lab you've uploaded, in one place: the read, the prioritised plan, an overview of five body systems, and the markers that need attention. Share a link with your doctor or download the PDF — one click.

"I have three years of labs across three different labs. Used to live in a folder on my disk, things would slip out of it. Now it's all in one place: I upload, and I stop tracking where the original lives."

The heart now resembles a piano where one key returns too slowly: the gap stretches to 0.55s instead of 0.40 — any electrolyte slip can knock the rhythm off.

14 APR2026
Headline

Ferritin has dropped four cycles in a row (28 → 19 ng/mL over six months) while haemoglobin stays normal. Discuss the cause and next steps.

Symptoms and numbers
  • Evening fatigue, hair shedding
  • Ferritin 19 ng/mL (target 30+)
  • Transferrin 3.4 g/L (above range)
Questions for the doctor
  • Should we screen for occult blood loss (endoscopy, colonoscopy)?
  • Which iron form is right here — bisglycinate or sulphate?
  • When should ferritin be retested?

Doctor brief

Walk in. Your doctor already has the context.

Yasnost compiles a tight brief from your labs: the headline shift, the key numbers, what to bring, what to ask. Plus a folder of every PDF behind one link — your doctor opens it or grabs the ZIP, no six-file messenger thread.

"I used to walk in with a folder and recite what I remembered. Now I bring a brief: what moved, how it moved, what to ask. Two minutes and the doctor's caught up — that used to take ten."
Biomarkers

Every marker, with its own story.

For each marker: the full timeline, your personal reference range (adjusted for age and sex), and a short read on what the number means for you. Not "the population norm" — the answer to "am I OK?"

"I used to look at the number and not know — high, low, normal? Now every marker comes with two sentences: what climbed, what dropped, and what to do about it."

People talk

What we hear from inside.

Not testimonials — observations. We ask people to tell us not "how's the product" but "what shifted in your relationship with your body".

“I used to walk into my GP with a folder of PDFs and recite what I remembered. Now I bring a brief: what shifted, how it moved, what to ask. Two minutes and the doctor's caught up.”

Anna, 34St Petersburg · 8 months with Yasnost

“The action plan is the part that was missing. Not 'drink more water' but the actual supplement, the actual dose, the recheck in 8 weeks. I know what to do this week and what waits.”

D
Denis, 38Moscow · 5 months with Yasnost

“Three years of labs across Invitro, Hemotest, the local clinic. Used to live in a folder somewhere. Now everything sits in one place: I upload it and forget where the original PDF lives.”

Frequently asked

The first things people ask.

Is this a medical service?

No. Yasnost is an information and analytics service. We translate lab data into plain language, but we don't diagnose and we don't prescribe.

Which labs do you support?

Invitro, Hemotest, LabQuest, Helix, CMD, KDL, Citilab and most private Russian labs. Public clinic PDFs work too. TXT and CSV are accepted.

Where does my data live?

Encrypted on Russian servers, in line with Federal Law 152-FZ. We don't sell, share or train models on your data. You can delete everything in one click.

How is the Health Score calculated?

It's a weighted sum across six components — biological age (25%), metabolism (20%), hormones, inflammation, wearables (15% each) and nutrients (10%). Bio age uses the Levine PhenoAge formula on 9 markers. The same labs always produce the same score.

Methodology
How often should I retest?

Every 3 months is the sweet spot for tracking change. Pro plans include 4 uploads a year, Elite is unlimited.

What happens if I cancel?

Your labs and PDFs stay. You move to the free plan and can export everything in one click. We don't hold your data hostage.
