Yasnost is operated under Russian law. Personal data is processed in line with Federal Law 152-FZ and stored on servers in the Russian Federation. Primary collection, recording, organisation, accumulation and storage of personal data of Russian citizens uses databases located inside the Russian Federation, in line with Article 18(5) of 152-FZ. De-identified medical data may be sent to cloud LLM providers for analysis under Article 12 of 152-FZ — direct identifiers (name, email, phone, exact date of birth, IP, internal IDs) are stripped first.
Under 152-FZ you can request access to your data, ask for corrections, withdraw consent and request deletion. Reach us through Settings or at the email below. After consent withdrawal, data processed solely on consent is deleted within 30 days.
